I graduated in Applied Computer Science and started my career in 2001 in building software for web platforms. During one of my past projects I got in contact with a CRM implementation which featured as a back-end system for a mobile frontend. I quickly realized that this was my passion and changed my career paths; got familiar with the CRM methodology and various CRM platforms. This allowed me to play a key role, both functional and technical, in various CRM implementations in top tier sectors as Pharma, Energy and Public Sector. Today I focus on aiding customers in improving and implementing their existing and new customer centric processes where I have the correct package of technical, functional and business understanding to come to the right solution for their requirements.
