Virtual Meeting Platform Architecture Guaranteeing an Integrated Customer Experience
Situation:
To improve their customers experiences, one of Europe’s largest pharmaceutical companies wanted to rollout a new global platform that could offer their sales teams the possibility to perform virtual appointments and meetings with their customers.
Project:
The customer asked ATOM Ideas to fulfill the role of integration analyst to design the solution that integrated the data from the new global virtual meeting platform with their existing global CRM platform. In addition, ATOM Ideas was also asked to support the full end-2-end testing of the process.
Result:
The business processes of the new digital channel were mapped and validated. And the data and process requirements were defined for the digital platform to align with the CRM system.
