Design User Interface and User Experiences for Multiple Salesforce Communities
Following the market trend of digital transformation of legacy processes, this multinational company specialized in medical devices wanted to introduce a set of self-service portal solutions towards their client base. The main idea behind these portals is to optimize customer engagements with online services offerings like order placement, patient support services and medical information, increasing customer experiences and optimizing internal processes.
For the various portal solutions, ATOM Ideas was asked to drive the User Experience (UX) and User Interface Design (UI) within the project journey. This included steps like persona definition, user needs analysis, wireframe designing, and support in the integration of HTML5 in Salesforce.
The customer has optimized their complex business processes, reducing their internal costs, empowering their platform users to manage administrative tasks and improve patient services. The HTML5 files were delivered and support was provided integrating the design into the Salesforce community solution.
