Job Description
If you have digital marketing experience and want to further specialize in marketing automation services, this position might be a perfect fit. We are looking for a self-starter who likes to help our customers in marketing automation projects. This role offers a great learning experience with plenty of variation. Projects might include: business analysis, strategic business consultancy, platform benchmarking, business requirements gathering, customer journey creation, campaign configuration and support during and after. You can help shape our team of marketing automation experts and join an adventurous and rewarding journey in a young and dynamic company.
Your Responsibilities
- Being part of/leading a project team.
- Working closely with the customers understanding their business needs and translating that to the features of marketing automation solutions.
- Optimizing processes to design, build and maintain customer journeys.
- Participating in all phases of the project, working closely with the Project Manager and share accountability for the delivery of the project.
- Acting as the expert in marketing automation answering related questions from customers.
- Being experienced/certified in multiple marketing cloud solutions. Staying on top of the latest releases.
- Providing guidance/coaching by sharing your own experience and knowledge with the team.
- Being present, known and actively participate in marketing automation communities.
- Being open and give feedback for optimizing our internal processes
Desired Profile
- Bachelor’s or university degree in IT or Marketing
- Experience or solid know-how ,and passionate about marketing automation solutions
- Experience in “Pardot” or “Salesforce Marketing Cloud” is a plus.
- Experience in other Salesforce Cloud products is a plus
- Experience in programming is a plus
- Experience in UX/UI design is a plus
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience
- Experience working with IT resources
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team player, problem-solver
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong organizational skills and proactive manner
- High degree of accuracy; logical thinker, strategic mind-set
- Very good knowledge of either Dutch or French
- Very good knowledge of English
